A few days ago, I read across someone that really broke me. I got really really sad when I read it. Not trying to prove that I’m some sort cry baby but if you read it, trust me, it’s disturbing. A security guard in Teluk Gong, Port Klang was brutally murdered. His face was slashed, throat slit and stabbed. Apparently, he fought back real hard with the robber. The factory that he was guarding was attacked and robbed by a bunch of believed foreigners. He was found in a pool of blood by the manager the next morning. How can people live with this kind of heartless act.
Suresh, a father of 4 left behind a wife and 4 kids. He recently took up this job after losing his previous job during the economy downturn a few months ago. I wonder what is going on the mind of the widow and the family that lost their only breadwinner. That must be horrible. I’m so sorry for their lost. Believe me, what happens to the future of the family? You cannot imagine how harsh life can be in Malaysia, particularly when some of us are branded as “immigrants” with some useless to nothing rights. If you would to be in a country like Australia, the murderers might be caught and mercifully, the government might support the family of the deceased.
How can anyone justify such violence considering the fact how the consequence would destroy someone’s life? I’m not just pointing out the death of this particular man. Think about the all the murder in Malaysia and in all those episodes of CSI New York. What happens to the victim and who he or she leaves behind? What happens to them? Their lifes would just hang in the middle of no where. Is anybody going to save them too? I guess life’s too short sometimes.
Rest in peace. Life’s unfair. I know.
post – script : I don’t know why but I keep on dreaming about you when I’m not romantically attracted to you.
Weird as hell,
Hanjun
