Looking at my failed attempt to try to make fun of what I see in Malaysia, I decided to suspend that motion for a moment and get back to writing about the days. Recently, I went for a field trip to Palmer, Mannum and Reedy Creek. Part of the Engineering geology assessment. It was a fine day, better than the last field trip I had. Walking on the sandy beach with my torn up Chuck in the heavy rain and wind was so not awesome. The next one will be to North Terrace and then to Port Elliot.

Football, anyone?

I think I’m facing the toughest week of my entire academic life. Trying to finish assignments without having any idea. Stuck doing my mechanical project. Tutorials difficult beyond believe. A heart breaking Wednesday. Screwed up Finite Element test. Freezing nights without my heater. Poor futsal results. Insufficient fund. Where’s Kat, E, Kil, Jie and the other boys? Is this an emotional break down? Oh, I’m so damn paranoid right now.

I guess I’m so eager to jump to my happy ending and somehow along the way, I was blinded by really obvious facts. Just when I thought “For once in my life”. That’s so messed up. Now, seriously, I look like a bloody idiot. Ouch, it hurts.

I guess I need a break. Bazar Ramadhan this saturday. UniSA five-a-side. Spring break. Melbourne trip. What’s next? Yeah, I need someone to talk to.

On a totally unrelated note, the other day I saw a couple as in husband and wife cursing in each other at Elizabeth Interchange. Apparently, they miss the train cause the wife went to bought a burger. Then, as I walk, I saw a girl smoking. I swear she couldn’t be more than 13 years old. Goodness. All I can picture is the song “What a wonderful world” by Louis Armstrong playing in my head. How ironic. Yet, when I saw those Washburn guitar hanging from the tall shelf, my musical heart melted. At least something cheered me up.
